1. Services
Soupler provides digital product strategy, software engineering, and AI implementation services as described in specific Statements of Work (SOW) or project agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all client-specific product code and designs developed by Soupler are the property of the client upon full payment.
3. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, roadmaps, and data shared during our project engagements.
4. Liability
Soupler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software or services.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and each party irrevocably consents to such jurisdiction.
